Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice for each project. While we work carefully and in good faith, consulting recommendations are advisory in nature, and Marisela LLC does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because each project is quoted individually, our refund terms are simple. If you cancel a project before work has begun, any prepayment you have made will be refunded in full.
Once work on a project has begun, fees for work already completed are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled partway through, we will refund any portion of the fee that corresponds to work not yet performed.
